Amir Junaid Babungari has announced the dissolution of the central committee of Hefazat-e-Islam. He made the announcement in a video message at 11pm on Sunday.
Junaid Babungari said the central committee of Hifazat-e-Islam was dissolved on the advice of some important leaders of the central committee of the non-political organization Hefazat-e-Islam in Southeast Asia considering the overall situation in the country. Insha Allah, the activities of Hifazat will start in the future through the convening committee.
